I prefer an OTC cycle support supplement that includes blood pressure and prostate support and liver support if you are adding in orals to the mix. Most major supplement companies have them. I also run Fish oil, Vitamin D, and taurine if back/shin pumps get too bad.
When I do it I do 100-200 test and start with the tren around 350 a week and work my way up until side effects get bad. Some people can go above 750 without a problem but I've yet to go that high.

Nope, but standing can focus on both the Soleus and the gastrocnemius. You are working primarily the gastrocnemius when doing seated. There is no mathematical formula to my knowledge as to how much your soleus is aiding your standing calf raises.
Really focus on range of motion during workouts. Make sure you are getting full flexion and extension. Don't be afraid to lighten the weight and really try to feel the stretch on the eccentric portions.
