Im 16 and play football so my team has an annual lifting competition. My squat max is 475, bench 245, power clean 235. Im in the 196-206 lb weight class. I weigh 201 lbs. How can i prepare myself to get the lifts that i got a couple of weeks ago tomorrow? Like what should i eat or not eat...
Im 16 and have been working out with football for a few years and maxed today in weight training. Im 5'9" and weigh 195 my maxes are 450 squat 255 power clean 250 bench. Are my lifts where they need to be, above avg, or is there anywhere im lacking strength?

I dont mind gaining weight or even losing weight but yeah i basically just want to get toned and the "body builder look"

Thanks man theres some kids in my grade that do go crazy but i usually just cook some eggs, take my pre workout and workout then creatine and protein
