i just got a bottle of Methyl Supervol and some Rebound XT is that all i need to run PCT or should i add something else. i am already running CEE and will probably keep that up when i start the supervol. unless advised otherwise.

Got some examples of rotator cuff exercises. my left shoulder is shot. hurts to lift my elbow past my shoulder. hurt it doing shrugs 2 weeks ago tried benching yesterday and darn near dropped the bar on my chest
