    I've been using it for over a year now along with a few other brands of blended prot. I agree it is higher in carbs but the taste is one the best. I recommend it for weight gain and maintenace. TJ

    I've taken it many times and every time I retain alot of water. By the 3 week on I can't wait to stop cuz I feel so bloated and puffy. I get decent strength increases supping with it though. I will combine it with my fav pro for better results while bulking. I never use it while cutting. TJ

    I never take them together absorption issues or not. I take glut twice a day early morning and b4 bed. Creatine, when I'm taking it, goes down 45 minutes b4 my workout. TJ

    I count veggies only because of the fiber which I like to keep track of. So the carbs get counted too. I'm with ff, no right or wrong on that one. TJ

    Wow! That's a lot of training! I think marathon training is only handled well by an elite few. Most bodies will reject with noticable effects, weight gain, stress related illnesses. It takes a mentally strong person, I commend you! TJ

    50 miles per week!! That would be approx 7 miles every day. Are you sure you ran that much?? I was running about 20 mpw last year. I agree with you about resting a few days b4 the race, but the nutrition end is still trail and error. Some people can do fine on 50-100 gms of carbs while training...

    Helps if you cook em ya know :) Seriously though I agree you should be having more cals. And what kind of rice are you eating. If it's plain white STOP! Or you can just dump that suzuki on more time :D TJ
