    Glutamine is a good one to go for because it will help with mucsle recovery and is an anti-oxident so it will keep you from getting sick plus its a GH releaser...good stuff!!!

    sorry that was for the NO2 not creatine. NO2 supposedly will pump blood instead of water, plus it's supposed to enlarge your veins and willl give you a stronger pump, the so called "perpetual pump" which is supposed to last for like 20 hours or so .

    Glutamine would be a good supplement because it's a GH releaser so you will be able to repair muscle as well as lose that little bit of fat which doesn't look like you have. But really, it depends on your diet and workouts.

    Vitamins aren't going to change anything. It's more of an insurance policy if you don't get the right amounts of vitamins from food sources. It wouldn't hurt to take just a regular one a day.

    Try Max Muscle line.....it's a protein supplement store but I would just try a regular protein powder because it's versatile and you can add carbs to it. :)

    Most effective/important supplement

    I would really have to say that a vitamin is your best supplement, then protein, and then your glutamine. Your vitamin is an insurance policy that you may not get from your food alone.
