Supplements & loosing BF / defining muscles?!

My qestion is: What do I need to do in regard of my supplements to begin loosing body fat and begin defining muscles and body?

Glutamine would be a good supplement because it's a GH releaser so you will be able to repair muscle as well as lose that little bit of fat which doesn't look like you have. But really, it depends on your diet and workouts.

Lol .. what I would like to know is what you did to get out of shape that bad :p

Come on man, you look in better shape than I ever will be ! ... Show me that 'potbelly' of yours and I'll show some sympathy,
but not with those pics ..

(life's just not fair ... sigh ..)
 
2 hour a day workouts? Unless your doing a ton of cardio, your muscular workouts should generally be 45-60 minutes. I try to keep my rest periods 60-90 seconds, in which case getting out of there in less than an hour is never really a problem.

WEll depending on what your doing while working out. You might be over working yourself. There are a few pages on the site talking about over working yourself at the gym. Read them, they should help you out
