    it's also best to eat sweet potatos.....sometimes instead of rice/oatmeal which is made with water.....if your having serious water retention. Also cut out condiments other than mustard, watch out for diet soda. Water retention is not a big deal unless you are close to contest time. Afterall...

    kisawa1--I found a "tote" bag cooler that is insulated and just put those frozen block things in there......found online, easier than a hard cooler. I carry it while shopping whatever.....noone even knows its a cooler! Works great.
