well my true goal was get the abs. but after a couple of months of workin out, i think that after i get the abs, im thinkin bout workin out to get ripped.:)
Hey i jus wanted to see if u people can help me out and give me some advice on wat to do wit dietin and workin out.
This is my diet:
Morning
- 6 boiled egg whites
- one scoop of Whey
Afternoon
- a can of tuna in water
Night
-same as morning
By the way im 15 yrs. old, i weigh 236 lbs...
