    It could be muscle related. I use to have knee pains from Basketball because I'd play so much, and neglect to do exercises for my knees. Maybe do some specific rehab exercises to help firm up specific muscles to help with knee strength?

    I'd look at your diet first. Are you getting 1 gram of protein per pound? If you are interested though, I use Pro Labs N' Large II and works very well. But your routine might be too active and you may be over working your muscles and that may be the reason for your weight staying th same.
