I have used Chad Waterbury's Total Body Training (TBT) and am scheduled to start that again but before I do , I wanted to know if there were any alternatives to this specific program. I want to do 3 days/week TBT but choose my exercises as I do in Waterbury TBT.

Thnx for the replies guys. I will keep flys in the single joint category for the time being. If I replace one Chest compound with another muscle group, i think I can then do the fly as one of the single joint exercises.
