    thanks bro, right now im doing 5x5 with 3X8 routine its been working pretty good, its been a month with a 5lb gain with around an inch and half an inch on each measurement, whenever i notice my gains stop i will switch to another routine.

    follow my routine bro... my flat bench was around 110 was able to up to 145 in a month give it a try.. good luck. also 1 of your problems is that you might lack some lat and shoulder some make sure you hit them hard...

    usually you get them on the belly if its from being overweight not on the arms and the chest, his upper belly looks clear, im thinking his belly looks fine, i would like to see a pic to confirm, but the way only his chest and arms have these marks tells me that it most likly muscle gain. does...

    def juiced up look at those stretch marks, you might get stretch marks even while natural but not as much as this guy.
