    With these bars and the facts of what is really in them which is not much i feel its better to eat a snickers bar it probably better for you to. Your better off with real food all these supplement companys are bogus the fda doesn't care so why should these companys.

    My uncles friend works for atkins and she sent down new atkins bread you dont have to make it its a full loaf low carb and has soy protien. I tell you it wasn't bad at all i dont know if its out in stores yet but it will be soon the only other thing is you have to keep it in the freezer.

    8 meals a day

    Thanks for the info i think i'm going to give it a try. What i meant by overkill is that if i ate 7 or 8 meals i wouldn't be giving my body enough time to digest.
