    What type of cardio would you recommend? I want to loose that excess belly fat. I know you cant concentrate just one specific spot of body fat to loose but in the morning what would be a good cardio workout.

    Ok, well should i do high reps and low weights first? I found this free weight training program called Max-OT workout and they basically do 4-6 reps per set on any workout. So what I have decided is to do cardio in the morning and then do weights in the evening. How does that sound?

    Hi, I'm 5 feet 10 inches. I was overweight when I first started my diet and cardio session. I was at 207 lb. Through diet and cardio, I've reduced my weight to 162 lbs.
