    gonna try again.....

    every few months i give it another shot at trying to lose some weight and get in shape, I'm only around 30lbs. overweight. Last summer i managed to lose 13 lbs. might not seem like a lot to some but i was very proud of it. I lost most of it by walking and pushing a baby stroller with the wife...
