    ouch that sounds very painful, i hope it gets better soon. I think my father had something similar a few years back, they treated his with some injections and it seems to have sorted itself out.

    ok i dont know the exact measurements of what ive eaten today but according to fitday its probably just over 2500 cals. Which i know isnt enough but i have only had 3 meals today where i know i need to be aiming at 5 meals at around 500 - 600 caleries each. This is where i need your help with...

    well before i used to eat to much crap but my mate got me off that. Now i will normally have tuna sandwich or tuna and cheese on jacket potato and a bottle of water or a pint of milk plus i already hit the spring water dispenser a fair few times a day
