    I'm currently doing a HIT variation, and getting great results. Mondays - Chest/Biceps Incline BB or Incline Smith Press: 3-4 warm up sets w/ 1 working set to positive failure w/ a rest/pause set. 6-8reps and 2-3 reps after the rest/pause. Hammer Strength Wide Grip Bench 1 warm-up 1 working...
