    Try setting the alarm 5 minutes earlier every few days till you get to the desired wakeup time. It's not an abrupt butt kicker change that way.

    You are bending forward at the waist & loosing balance. Knees should not go past your toes. Try doing "box" squats, ie squat to a box or bench set to stop your desent at 1/4 to 1/2 of full squat.
