    having inflexible hamstrings is not a good thing...it can really hurt your lower back which is something i realized a while ago...ever since I incorporated more stretching, my back feels alot better.

    My flexibility is not that great, but I can at least touch my toes in a standard sit and reach test. I have a few stretching programs especially for the hamstrings and hip flexors if anyone is interested.

    Yea...it was a full-body 80 minute deep-tissue massage...it was a little painful but it was good pain if you know what i mean...i'm also drinking alot of water to keep myself hydrated...i'm just sore as hell!

    Should you be sore after an 80 minute deep-tissue massage? I had one yesterday which was great, but today my back and hamstrings are a little sore. As my therapist told me I was extremely tense and tight, but I didn't think I would be sore the next day. Any advice?

    I've been testing people with their shoes off. Although it is probably more difficult to do this exercise with your shoes on. I can't get my palms quite to the wall as of yet. I'm still working on it with an aggressive stretching routine.

    To give an update only 22% percent could reach their toes, 8% could reach the wall with their fingertips and only 1% could place their palms on the wall. Amazing.

    Sit with your legs straight in front of you with your feet up against the wall. Reach as far as you can with your fingertips aiming for the wall. Record how far you can reach. This test is alot harder than standing up and trying to touch your toes.
