Excellent post! These are all good staples. I would be careful with almonds though. Many people seem to think they are a "free" food and can be eaten all day, every day. I mapped out and followed a diet plan that involved almonds in a few meals through the day, but the plan didn't work out...

For BF, use calipers or one of those Omron resonance devices. Just find one way and stick with it though. Using different methods will give you slightly different results so you want to stay constant.

If my BF% goes up, I naturally just store some fat there. When I lean out though, it disappears everywhere, including my pec area. I'd be curious if you're the same.

What's your BF %?

Nice article. Even if more notifications had been sent to the FDA, I doubt anything would be enforced and taken off the market. The amount of people the FDA has combing through all that paperwork is laughable!
