Should a Weight Gainer like MRM's "Massive Muscle Gainer" be taken before the workout or after workout and what should be the time difference between intake and workout.

1) the proper way to split the excersises i.e should Pulls and Push exercises be seperated irrespective of the body parts/ muscles involed OR should the excercises related to Upper body be seperated from that of Lower Body excercises irrespective...
