    It really should depend on the intensity if your workouts. If you go to failure and beyond a lot in your sets, once a week is plenty.     I train for strength without mass, it's not that surprising.. I'm just saying if I can not drop dumbells with that kind of ratio 99.9% of people should be able to as well. Edit: Ok, I did it in my head and was wrong. sorry. 145/185 = 78%, which is just shy of 80%. Wasn't intended to be a lie.
