I need help with a diet that will help bulk up amd lose bf. Gym at least 3 times a week 4 if possible
I know protein should be atleast 205g a day but wat should everthing else look like.carbs,fats,calories
i have 2 bottles of tren ace 100 and 2 bottles of sustanon 350 looking 2 do a 10 week cycle tren 200 week and sust 700 week i gonna pin twice a week on the sust 350 each and the tren 4 times half cc each.
is there anyone who has an opinion on this or does it sound good the way im looking to...

For 2nd cycle was thinkin test 600 and deca 300
Im looking for cycle with the least sides i use to weight 250 droped down 2 190 & gyno prone

I got some test 300 e and I just wanted to check it it was real or not I got word that theres alot of it around and people are ?ing it the bottle has E K pharma test 300
im 25 years old weigh 220 bf at 22% and 6'
ii go to the gym at least 4 times a week cardio just bumped it up to 35 to 40 mins and 45 to hour of lifting
ok i got some info from a buddy of mine he told me that if i take oral winstol it would help me reduce bf% any thoughts about that let me know pls

Ok peps I gotta drop 8 to 10 persent of bodyfat. Wat is the best way to drop that . I go to the gym at least 4 times a week do cardio 20 min and lift for 45 to an hour imma uppen my cardio to at least 40 mins a day and diet is there any diet plans that worked for u guys or workouts that help...
