    I tried jacked 2 days in a row and really didn't feel quite has much as no xplode. I used 1 scoop the first day and 2 scoops the second day. I felt more focus and drive w no xplode. But I will def keep using jacked since I havnt gotten the jitters from it.

    Thank u for the heads up.... No xplode has that effect on me alittle bit. I m one of those people that like to go to bed around 9 but when I starter taking no xplode around 230 pm. I was up til at least 11 pm

    I've been using no xplode now for about 2 months on and off. I m exited to try jack3d tomorrow for my biceps and back workout. Anyone know if it's stronger than no xplode?

    I mixed the creatine with a full glass of orange juice and sometimes I placed the powder in my mouth and then drink the orange juice... Either way worked well

    Who uses casein?

    I've been doing 2 cups Greek yogurt w strawberries and a banana plus 800 calorie whey protein shake before bed and it seems to work well for me. Ive heard that casein protein before bed is great though. I m leaning towards doing that instead
