I have heard that you can work your abs as many days in a row without a rest and they recover better than other muscle groups.Am I taking advice from the mentally challenged or is there some truth to all this.
I was in the same situation when I was younger(no gym membership), so I did similar exercises,but I also added a lot of ab excercises. Your abs are an extremely large part of your body and with limited access to weights I would work on the largest muscles in your body.
How much of an influence does bcaa's have on recovery? I take a large amount of them b4 and after my workout. Just curious?Also, this is the best workout forum I have found on the net!
i take large amounts of bcaa's before and after training, is it pointless? or does my burn through them during training?

I once worried about that when I was on ephedra/caffeine stacks. I noticed that more fat was burned when my diet and workout routine was geared toward fat loss(Low Cal diet, lots of reps and cardio workout).
