Hi Prince.... How many cycles a year are recommended of ME or Super DMZ, staying in the safe zone.like 2-3 cycles a year? Can we do 2 cycles of either those, then 1 Epi cycle when we lean out? Will this be to much for our endocrine system to handle? SD

I was considering taking super dmz 2 days on one day off, days off I was considering a DHEA supplement, like PES erase, This is my take on this, Is it also possible to pule it 3 times a week for like 4 weeks, again on te off days taking erase, and then after start with pct? I think pulsing it...

I take Milk thistle twice a day, once in the early morning and once after my work out daily, they are 1000mg capsules.

I would like to know if anyone has tried this as the long term effects are said to be minimal and gains are supposed to be watered down in comparison if one would run it everyday for 4 weeks...
