Have had a lot of mixed answers in the past regarding this..
If i were doing say delts/biceps in a workout, would you reccomend having half of a protein shake after delts then the other half after bicepts or just consume entire shake post workout..?

Just after some input..
Immediately post workout i have simple carbs then my protein shake 10 minutes after... do you think this is a good idea? or should i be mixing the two and consuming immediately p.w.o?
