    To get stronger AND faster. I am getting in shape for Master's Track and Field, 60 and 100 meter sprints. After 7 years of smoking the herb, sprinting is hard! but so much fun:thumb: I want to look like Linford Christie.

    taking too long on a workout

    Bro, time your rest periods. I take 1 minute between sets of rest. I rest 2 mins in between body parts, 2 body parts per session. My workouts take between 50mins-1 hour, including warm-up. Go in, hit it hard, get out. Works best for me :) !

    Squats: Full vs Parallel

    I'm 6'1 180 lbs, all leg it seems. I can parallel squat 315x4. Full squats make my knees hurt, but have read of the added benefits (better leg development, strength development through a larger range of motion) and have started to use full squats as a warmup for paras. Which squat do you...
