    thanks Yanick, should i consider body octane on my level? i still try to put on a few more kg of weight, do you think its a good supplement? i heard some good comment about that particular product. I take skim/ Lite milk, full cream is a bit too much for me. Thanks everyone!

    Actually, apart from my free weight, cable cross machine is the second favourite. You can do Cable Flyes with it for sure. But the important thing is to get some advice from your trainer, and see if you like it or not!
