    I believe home remedies to get rid of ringworm are worth considering... But you cannot forget about the importance of personal hygiene to be safe.. What is your opinion on that?.. Thanks in advance..

    Tips to Fight Ringworm During Training

    Take extra precautions when participating in contact sports, such as wrestling or boxing. Wash all equipment after each use, including gloves, helmets, mats, eye wear and other gear. Treat injuries with an antibacterial ointment, and keep all open wounds bandaged.
