i am 30 years old and i need some help to get back into shape..i started working out when i was 18 yrs old..and i had a really good physique and won few bodybuilding competitions in 60 kg weight.however i always ignored cardio still i had the definition and good size..i worked out for few...
Curious as to how many of you work each muscle group more than once per week while on cycle.. I personally use a pull/legs/push routine 2x a week.. Just looking for personal answers here.. Thanks!
