I want to go easy on the ECA stack. I know the usual is : E25/ C-200/A-81-325
I was thiking of simply doing E-12.5/ C-100/A-81, Is this effective or not even worth a try?

(this is along w/ an exercise regime & lean diet)
 
you can but you won't get the maximum beneifts of the ECA stack. why do you want to take only 1/2 dose ?
 
Take it 4 times a day and you will see good results--but not as good as taking the full dose.
