If all goes as planned, i will stack 1-ad and 4-ad together, but i was curious as far as how much and what not. I have been completely natural untill now, but due to a sudden illness a year ago i lost a lot of weight. I am down to 180 now and was thinking about doing 900 mg of 1-ad orally with (i dont know how many)mg of 4-ad transdermally.
My questions are:
how much 4-ad should i take transdermally?
should i go with more or less 1-ad?
what kind of gains can i expect with this stack and 5000 Cal a day and a nice strength training regimine?
basically lay down for me any and all knowledge/experience of/with 1-ad and 4-ad...
