I tried the 1-AD prohormones. Honestly I don't think they did crap for me. I couldn't notice any difference. But I will say I only took 5 pills a day. The recommended dose is between 3 to 9 pills a day. I may have had better results if I would have took 9 pills a day but it was just to expensive to take that many at one time. Would have gone through the whole bottle in like 10 days.

prohormones piss me off. they should either be illegal or the FDA should legallize all steroids cuz prohormones are less effective with worse side effects

Yup.
Pro-Hormones = Large enough dose to cause all negative effects of the hormone, and not enough to give any positive effects.

They should not make steroids legal. What they should do is make it "legal" for a doctor to prescribe steroids under their supervision. That is how it was prior to 1989 when they made steroids a Class III drug (which means it's a felony to posses without a Rx).
The way it currently stands is a doc can only Rx testosterone if there is a valid medical reason. It would be "safer" if any athlete/bodybuilder could use them under supervision. Getting them on the black market, self administering, and not keeping on eye on your health (in respect to blood tests), is much more dangerous.
But, given the way our current government operates, don't hold your breath.
