yeah just take the lot with everythink else AAS etc, then if it dont work it dont matter :D
 
how many caps you got? 60 or 180? if the latter than i'd run 6 weeks at 400mg, i ran that exact dose and put on and kept a soild 5lb of LBM and a good 5-10kg on all lifts

if you only have 60caps just throw em onto an AAS cycle, or sell/ditch em
 
One bottle is not enough. Can't you get your paws on more? You need atleast 12.6 grams. 300 mg/day for 6 weeks is minimum, IMO.
