hello all i am new to posting , i have just got two bottles of 1-ad {then the money ran out } how am i best taking them

the label says 1-3 3 times a day , the thing is that 2 bottles will not last to long at 3 a day but if this is going to get the best results then thats ok

I think you should take your bodyweight into consideration. If your normal weight I would say 2 per dose is fine, if your over 180-200 or so then maybe 3 a day would be best.

I have heard of double doses for 1-Test (400mg a day), so there may be people even on 4 a day or perhaps more of 1-AD.

Ok, compared to my bottle of 1-Test your taking 3-9 a day? How many per bottle? My bottle is 60 caps, and 1-2 per day recommended.

each bottle contains 60 caps , so at 9 a day it will last about 2 weeks, is that long enough to get the best results or should i try to make it last longer ?

2 weeks won't do crap. That is why I think these products are a waste. Spend a fortune trying to gain a few lbs of muscle quickly.

6 a day........three different times(morning, noon and night) gives great results! Ten day supply! You need at least two bottles!

I took Fuzu. Also six a day split at different times(morning, noon and night). Start taking them a week before your cycle ends.

week 4...2 caps 3 x per day for 6 days...on seventh day begin either Tribex, Fuzu, Tribestan for 4 more weeks.
