Yes, racist are people who hate people for the color of the skin. I hate black people ( most of them not all of them for sure ) because of the way they act. It's just easier to say "I hate black people" then saying "I hate the culture of todays black man, and the references made to white on black crime, and the fact they pull the race card everytime, blah blah I could go on..."
