Hey guys im new here and i need some help,
first of all i would like to know what work out would be best to shape my abs and chest. I am about 6.5% body fat according to the body fat calculator. And i think i have a skinny frame but i just want better shape and i want my abs bigger and chest bigger. Consult me to some workouts that i can do at home and some work outs that require weights. But i favor workouts that can be done at home. Help me out guys with experience in this type of field.
Thanks in advance

Easy.............go to the gym and lift!!!
Read the Training and On line Forums......all the questions you are asking have been answered 1000 times here.

agh can you be a little more descriptive than that...? and name some specific work outs?

thing is the thread states "Free workouts" but then the only one i know that focusses on chest and abs are all machines... unless benching is considered a free workout

Ever hear of a sit up????
Ever hear of the bench press???

You need to join a gym if you want to get bigger and stronger.....or have your parents spend a few hundred dollars and set up a home gym.

Start by reading that. It should help you get started on a full body routine. I highly suggest working out your entire body to prevent strength imbalances, promote a symmetrical physique, and create a greater hormonal response for increased growth all over the body. As far as exercise selection goes, I highly suggest starting with bodyweight exercises if they offer ample resistance.

I understand you are only 14, but insulting other people who are simply pointing out that Joining the gym would be your best option isn't exactly constructive.

Read Cowpimp's full body workouts, they're pretty good.

To gain size is easy : Eat Shit loads + Do the "Big 3" Bench Press, Squats and Deadlifts.

Go read a few articles at ironmagazine.com and bodybuilding.com , there are plenty of articles there which would guide you in the right direction.

Age isn't an excuse, but I agree with everything else. You'll soon learn who jokes around a lot and who you can insult without them being a huge pain for the next week. Tread softly and carry a big stick...

something good todo at home when you have not been able to get to the gym is doing 3 sets of 2 min. pushups. WHEN U GET tired, rest at the top w/ ur arms straight. Change up you stance. Close hand spread, medium hand spread then wide hand. Do the same with situps on alt days. This work out will help you triceps, chest & outter shoulders & stomach.

If you do not have any equipment at home, then try this. Oh! splurge about 15-20 for a door pull/up chin bar.
1 legged squats. 3xbw/10-15 reps
Pullups/chins 3xbw max reps
various forms of pushups. try 1 arm if you can or have 1 of your friends sit on your back to add resistance.
handstand pushups 3x10-15 reps
Also do some sprints, and some ab work. Do not go overboard and work abs every day. Do this workout 2-3xper. week. Mon-Wed-Fri or Mon-Thurs.

Don't let foreman get to you. He has nothing better to do than to rip on newbies. He doesn't understand that the world DOESN'T revolve around him, and no one would miss him if he fucken drown in the ocean.

Take a look at his post count. Get a feel of why he has so many. Rather than saying, here read this, he tries to shove it down your throat. It makes me wonder why he continuously posts if he is annoyed with the questions being asked.

They don't pertain to you. Anyone can answer them. Not answering a question is always better than baffling a noob.

I say that cause I'm a noob, and I never post here anymore. Fuck you foreman.
