Hey well I have been playing football for 7 years now and looking for a diet/nutritional help with my eating. I am 6'1 185 pounds looking for bulk up to 205 by June. I am already on a weight program but wanting some advice on how many calories, carbs, and protein that I should be taking in each day. I am really serious about bulking and would appreciate any help that you can give me.
