Looking great man!! Looks like you have the same issue as me with the short muscle bellies. They look great on most muscles but the Bi's it leaves a gap between the brachiallis and the Bi. You might try posing that side chest with the wrist in a neutral position or a slight twist. keeps the forearm looking taller near the elbow and closes the gap. But fuck Dude that's just me being nit picky you look amazing. Nice work!! Kill that shit. Let us know how you do.

Anytime, When I put my pics up I'm sure I'll need some tweaking as well. The posing I am just learning it's no where as easy as it looks. I'm sure you already know.
 
Posing is so hard,but important,i have seen some really bad posing,and after the show guys came up and asked me,why they did not place higher,and what they could do to improve,and almost every time I had to tell them it was there posing,and sometimes show them,the old school builders like scott and zane and Arnold used to pose for hours a day some times and courigraph there routines,and so did I,i used to video tape my progress for 6 weeks up to my show,and go thru all my compusarie poses again and again,and remember,even when you are in the back line up and not being called out,keep it hard,us judges are always looking to compare you guys.

Exactly, I am lucky at my local gym there is an old Pro that does posing workshop/class every Saturday morning. I've been going religiously for the past 2 months. My target date is in May 2015 so I got time to get it just right.
 
look great but your abs and stomach look too big.. i think you got too much muscle od side abs part...so your all place look too big. all other look perfect!
 
Hi joe,you look really hard,your shoulders are awesome bro traps man again sweet,legs nice abbs hard,but are you not fully blowing all the air out of your abbs joe,it sorta looks like you are not quite air free when you pose your abbs,I got to agree with pharma,but you don't look fat at all,anywhere just maybe bloated in the lower abb area,have you always had this look,or is this new for you? Looks like you and my wife shop for underwear at the same store,she bought me a set of camo shorts too,lol you look conditioned very good,but damn smile joe,the middle pics is all smiles,the bottom abb shot you look angrey lol,at any rate good luck joe,you worked hard.

Lol true i haven't got a tiny waist but my little son took the pics and he clicked just before i hit the full shots....anyway i'm starting the deload-reload sodium-water drying protocol in a few days and will make much more dry expecially in the midsection

Remember its all an illusion, show what you want them to see hide what you don't. I too have a rather thick waist and wide hips. I have worked hard at stomach vacuums and lifting my rib cage and then getting the lats and delts as wide as possible. When you do you 1/4 turns in the mandatory's be sure turn and show them your width in the shoulders by rotating your shoulder toward them while keeping your hips straight and draw the abs in as far as possible. If your waist comes in wide then limit your full front posing to the mandatory front double biceps and abs and thigh pose.

You will do great!! Nice work
 
Also in full front poses standing a little wider and point the toes out to show thighs in their biggest position. Gives the illusion of a smaller waist and that "X" look.
