im currently trying to get alot stronger and getting bigger hopefully i can learn from u guys here.

if you want to get strong..take hgh, tren, dbol, anadrol, test, halo, anavar, deca, eq all at once

No offense, I know it's a joke but, the guy is 19 and asking for some real knowledge. Hopefully he is smart enough to avoid this and not take you seriously..

As far as I'm concerned kid, those are damn good lifts already. I would say start varying your rep ranges more.
Sometimes when you hit a stall in strength training (3-6 reps) you can go over to size training (6-12 reps) for a couple of months and add some size which when switching back to strength will help you gain even higher levels of strength. They both compliment each other.

Don't know how much you're eating but at single digit body fat, your gains will come slower unless you want to risk adding body fat doing a bulking phase with your diet. Unfortunately for me, it's so hard for me to reach single digits, that when I get there, I just stay there, because anything under 12% is very stubborn fat for me.

If you want to gain strength and size quickly though, you should increase your calories quite a bit. Mark Rippetoe has a great strength training program which can be found on Google. And he mentions that 60% of mass gained on his program is muscle, and 40% fat. So if you're OK with bulking and cutting, then by all means give it a shot.

Good luck!

second that...

Yeah, putting up really good numbers, and with that body fat % sounds like you're blessed with great metabolism. Just out of curiosity why are you trying to get stronger? for a sport or just b/c?

start posting your training routines and goals in the training section for more feedback
