1lb of muscle?

So guys, does anyone know how large one pound of muscle is? I mean how much space it takes up.

i think it's equivolent to 100g protein plus the water it holds- then take into account it's structure.....it's probably about the size of a hand

depends on how densley packed the muscle fiber is.
