This isn't my first rodeo but I has been awhile. I've done a few ph/ds runs but this is my 3rd over all aas cycle. This is what it looks like. I just need a little help tuning it up.
I'm 35, 17%bf, 241lbs, and 6ft. I train big compound movements and do my assist work. I want strength and size and if all works out right I would love to drop a few bf% points.
1-16. 600mg test-e
1-15. 300mg deca
1-4. 50mg dbol, maybe weeks 1-6
12-16. 50mg ed oral winny
17-18. Clen
19-24. Torem
I would also like to run an AI to keep bloat down. I've never had an issue in the past with gyno but who knows this time. I wanted to find a good RC AI and need to know the best way to run it.
Also I'm gonna get 2 of the 5000 iu of hcg. I wanted to know the best way to run that and if that was enough.
Next I was looking some peptides. Any thoughts on if it's worth running? Which one do you like best and what the best way to run it?
I know how to eat, train, and sleep. I just need to know what you all think of this run. I would love to add 20lbs of lean muscle and lose 5% points of body fat. Also next month I can start to get outside walking again. I usually do about 40-42 miles a week. About 7 miles a night 5-6 nights a week. Nothing fast but a nice 1.75 hr walk. Burns about 1500 cals and about 1/2 of it is fat grams. I just really love walking late at night and clearing my head. I sleep like a king almost every night I walk.
