1st cycle-advice needed

1) Age: 24
2) Height, Weight and Percent BodyFat: 6' 185lbs (84kgs), 10.5%
3) Years of Consistant Training experience: 4
4) Previous Cycle experience: none
5) Training routine and Diet: day1- shoulders/traps
day2- legs/abs
day3- back/biceps
day4- chest/triceps/abs
day5-off
day6- repeat cycle again from day1
day7-
eating clean, 6-8 meals perday of lean meats, complex carbs and veges. p/c/f ratio of 40/40/20.
6) Cycle Goals: obtain mass

as it is my 1st cycle i would prefer to run test e or c and i know that this is what is most recommended, a single ester compound as it would be easier to keep blood levels stable through my cycle and would only be pinning twice a week, but unfortunately all i have available to me is sustanon250. (3 x 10ml vials), nolva for pct and, a-dex for my AI if gyno symptons occur.



previous users of sus250 each have their own preference on how to run it, or go by whatever has worked well for that individual in the past. so far I've came across people listing thier sus250 cycles like this...
- 2 x 250mg shots twice a week(500mg), mon and thurs.
- taking 125mg shots EOD.
- taken E3D. so: mon, thur, sun, wed, sat, tues... etc?
- 3 x per week. mon, wed, fri.
- and some take it once a week the whole 500mg.

intend on running the cycle for 10-12 weeks
beginning pct 3weeks after last shot, 20mg novla everyday for 4weeks.
arimidex taken eod at 0.5mg, (only if gyno symtons occur).

just not sure which is the best cycle to run to achieve max gains and doing it safely with min sides.

will my blood levels fluctuate significantly from the shorter-acting esters like prop if i only pin every E3D.?

i would pin every 3 days and run the adex .5mgs eod throughout the cycle to keep bloat down.
 
EOD if i were you. that would keep the shortest acting ester of the compound at a stable concentration instead of putting your endocrine system on a rollercoaster ride
