Hey again, I posted a thread earlier asking for advice on a first timer cycle. THen the thread was deleted.... obviously I didnt read the rules and didnt realize that I needed to post the following information:
Age:21
Weight: 155
Body Fat: Not sure, but low
Year of constant training: 3-4
Previous cycle experience: None
Training routine and Diet: I train about 4-5 days a week with 2 days on, one day off. Upper body-day 1 , Lower body Day 2 , Day off :Repeat
My diet was an issue when I first starting posting on this site becuase it was horrible. I took the advice of the members and started to change it:
Meal 1:
3 Eggs,
Wheat Toast 3-4 peices
Apple and Orange
Meal 2:
Steak Hoagie (Steak, Pepers, Onions, White Sub ((I know))
Some type of Potatoes
Corn
Nuts
Meal 3:
Tuna Sandwich on wheat
Chips
Mac or potato salad
Water
(This meal is like it is becuase Im on campus during this time and cant get much)
Meal 4:
Steak (any thing I can get my hands on)
Potatoes
Corn/Beans/Cauliflower
Pasta with butter
Thats about what I get a day, sometimes I will get another meal in, usually not. Let me know what you all think. Im looking to start a cycle that will help me bulk THanks
