What are the cons of taking halo extreme by itself? I'm not really looking to gain more size, just wanting to trim down and harden up some!
 
You need ur diet in check first of all, that's gunna 80% of ur gains. Let's get some stats. Age, weight, body fat?

29, male, 5"10, 205lbs. Train atleast 4-6 days a week anywhere from an hour to two. Former wrestler for 13 years.

Finding since I graduated college its harder and harder to get the gains I used to, specially sitting behind a computer ten hours a day :(
 
I would say the main con would be its effect on the liver but you should be good as long as you don't drink alcohol.like tanker20 said make sure your diet is in check first.if you are a somewhat lean 205 then go for it,if you are an overweight 205 then check your diet.
 
U can take all the supps in the world, if ur diet isn't perfect than its pointless to take especially gear, Ull look great on cycle but as soon as u come off and start ur pct, ur just gunna lose all the gains.
 
I'd possibly keep M-sten in mind. I got some very good dry gains from it. The only drawback was that I got labs done and had very elevated liver panel...just something to keep in mind. Good luck brother
 
I hardly think that particular halo is even gonna do anything harmful to you if used responsibly. Its just not strong enough for shitty sides like you'd get from tren, or real halotestin.
