1st timer with naps..still patiently waiting..

This was my first order with naps and here it is 1 month later and I'm still waiting,I've heard nothing but good things about naps,that's why I chose them,I know that I will get my gear even if it has to reship but,I guess I'm just angry it happened on my 1st order..

Yup, like slayer said, it's a goner.....I'd both submit a ticket AND reach out to GXR to let him know.....The longer you wait the angrier you will get....chalk it up as a lose and start from scratch....again. You will wait another month so prepare yourself. :wits:
 
my first took 2 months,,yeah 2 months,but i got it..what i do now is put an order in every 2 weeks,not a huge one but enough to last a month on each time i order,you dont gotta do the same but i've seen that doin it this way works well.
 
This is just great, just lost 500$ in december when another company went down..I submitted a ticket last week and they said wait another week..I have the worst luck lately..damnit..

They say they will reship till you get it.....but that could be in June 2012 at this point.....I'll believe it when I see it.

Man this blows..I just submitted another ticket asking to check on it/track it..its just crazy how some packages make it through and some don't..I mean what determines if it makes it..seems like if they get 1 they would get em all..you know..who knows though..
 
^^^You will get your gear its not like they're dealing with one person they are busy... When i asked for my tracking number they are like wait another week next thing you know my goods arrived in the mail. I'll keep telling people this its not Walmart its illegal substances that we are dealing with so be patient.

Hey, I'm new too and also ordered from naps 26 days ago. 2week, 3weeks, now they say 30 days; I am sincerely not feeling GOOD about this at this point. I sent regular airmail too, and reading your responses just CRUSHED ME. God damn I MISS GENX

Man I feel your pain..just when I get to feeling good its gonna show up,I get a negative post saying its been snagged..at least naps will reship it for us for free..just sucks it takes sooo damn long to get here..
 
True. But what is ODD is I haven't recieved Anything saying it was seized either? I swear 2 u, I knew there would be problems from the moment I ordered it. Its like when you REALLY NEED Something, I will let u know and plz do the same.

I never got a letter either..I needed it last week...lol..I just get impatient..I know its not there fault,I'm certain they willl come through,just might be a lil longer than we sometimes want it to be..its all good ..ill jus keep pumping that iron all naturally..
 
99% of the time they dont send letters anymore. Customs is smarter then anyone thinks, but naps is good with knowing how long to wait to make sure it was seized or not.
 
the chances of customs or the DEA breaking down your door for a little order is pretty slim to none.

so basically customs knows that sending you a letter results in a re-send from the source and decides not to do it...smart.

but the question is do they still keep a red flag on the address that the package was shipped to?

because if you dont get your package or a letter, you have no clue if they seized it or it just got lost somewhere.

so is the fact that they dont send these letters anymore good or bad?
 
I dont know about the flagged address part enought to give you a 100% answer it would be speculation on my part.
 
for a reship most places will need you to give a alternate name and address to ship to. a long time ago, i ordered from a place south of the border...and my package never came, and it had tracking on it. it just said that it was on the border(in texas) gave the shipper another name and address in the same town mind you and had it in a week.

Apparently my order was "reshipped" the other day from what I was told.....no new name or address was given to them. For what it's worth to anyone......
 
thats weird. why, if your first package was snagged would they send to the same exact address?

You won't get a letter either you fucking n00b. You don't think they know what's up? naps doesn't require a letter though. They will reship your order. Contact GXR64.

Oh wait, he has already tried to reach out to you in another thread, but all you do is continue to post negative shit. Hmm:thinking:

the funny thing is on another board his sherring test e was fakes or bad batch because people were running them with little to no gains
