1st timer with naps..still patiently waiting..

U know,after everything I've went through,I've never seen anyone else wait as long as me on an order,I just don't think I could ever order from them again..not unless I had 6months of gear put up,that way waiting would be no issue..then MAYBE..u just about can't beat there prices,but is it really worth the week after week of waiting and worrying/wondering when its gonna show up..its not to me..no offense to anyone who is dedicated to naps,or any reps,I just have had a terrible first go around..and I really don't want to chance it ever again..

Hell yea man, after that long of a wait i would rather pay the few extra bucks on each item and receive it in a few weeks rather than 3 months...definately understandable.

i hear ya bro, thats completely understandable. I cant say what i would do if my order takes that long

I hear you. I have been waiting since Jan 19th with no reship. The last time they replied to me was to tell me it was shipped regular mail and to give it a week, that was 5 weeks ago. Now all I get is automated replies.

If you read about the shipping delays yet still had the faith in Naps to order from them, then please stop complaining about delays. If you didn't do your research, then shame on you. But have faith boys, GXR64 is doing what he can and our stuff wil arrive.

Look, I have faith they will make it right. The problem is it's only faith without them saying that. I will be the first to tell you that my past orders went flawlessly and the support in the past was A+. However, the past is gone and the situation has changed dramatically. I am not putting them down or bitching about it, just stating facts. My opinion stands. If they would tell the customers they are taking care of it personally it would eliminate all of these posts. Lastly, I placed my order in early January before there were any indications of shipping issues.
 
woke up today 7:30 am went to p.o box and there it was the week late order,,2 more to go..
 
Now explain that,uve have 2 orders come in lately...and all of us others can't seem to get one...something just isn't adding up..

I seriously think there are soooo many orders coming in now and not enough heads to throw it out the door in the timeframe they state......hence the mid-Jan orders that STILL haven't shown up to some people.

I guess they will make good on it as they state - It may be August 2012 by the time it shows, but I'm sure it will.....mine did after a month and a half....and i thought that was long....little did I know that was the norm now (if at all) - sucks

If something like that is going on, why not just tell the truth from the get go, and say some where on the site that due to high order volume, extreme delays are expected...just my .02

Then at least the customer will know to expect such a looong delay..if ur told 2-3 weeks...then dammit,ur gonna check that box everyday around the 2nd week,looking for it..I open mine box twice sometimes,just to double check...Haha..

before naps,,i was a spoiled kid 10 days,from receiving to ship...total..all the time.

Dave glad your order came through I am on day 58 today and just checked the mail and nothing again. Well if anyone else gets there stuff let us know. What a bad taste I have in my mouth right now. Support has gave me the same generic answer over and over and the useless tracking # does not show up.
 
My tracking # says,the originating post is preparing to ship this mail piece...its said that for 8 days now..when I first tried it there was no record of it even in the system.so it did change..
