I'm currently at around 15 or 16% bf due to being out for a while. I was thinking of using this supp while I regain alot of the LBM I lost and lose a bit of fat in the process?
I weigh around 190lbs. I thought it would boost my test a bit, give me energy while I'm working out with only 1 day a week rest, help me get good rest which will also help socially and academically, and aso help with sexual performance.
I would be taking it with the following supplements:
Creatine
Whey
Dextrose/Malto
Multi
Fish Oil
High protein diet as well with moderate fats and moderate carbs, keeping cals at slightly above maintenance for 4 weeks.
Is it worth the money to use this product at my age?
