well since for like 2-3weeksmy diet has been shit. I would like to get back w/it and i'd like to just eat around 2500 cals w/good foods. so i can do cardio and achieve my goals. i already know what foods and etc. but i'd like to know what ratio is good 20/40/40 ? around 80> fats and 200-250g. of protein and 300-350. of carbs good? my bw is 180(rounded down). i'd like to also start doing cardio on my off training days(tuesday, thursday, and saturday). should i do HIIT cardio or just 20-30min. or 2 hiit cardio and 1 20-30min cardio. my goal is to basically get down to 155-160.
