Did anyone see Phil Heath's tris? Crazy huge! I'm glad Dexter won. Jay is just looking too blocky and stumpy nowadays. I bet Martinez is wondering where he could've placed, had he competed.

after watching the video's jay was amazing.. they said he lost about 15lbs of water between pre judging and the finals. if thats the case i see why he lost, since pre judging is so many points
